ELECTROMECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Next Spa, Employment Agency, Mantua Branch, selects for an important rubber and plastic company: ELECTROMECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN The resource, reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager and indirectly to the Production Manager, will take care of the ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the production lines, ensuring the efficiency and continuity of the plants. Main responsibilities: - Perform preventive checks on mechanical, thermal, hydraulic and air treatment systems. - Carry out adjustments, fine-tuning and restoration of the operation of the plants. - Prevent breakdowns and anomalies through scheduled maintenance activities. - Support the installation of new plants and components. - Carry out improvement activities on machines, lines and production plants. - Fill in the technical documentation and maintenance sheets, managing the spare parts. - Perform work in the mechanical workshop. - Collaborate with external specialized technicians during interventions. Required qualifications: - Technical diploma (mechanical, electrical, electronic or equivalent). - 1–2 years of experience in industrial maintenance activities (electrical, electronic, mechanical). - Knowledge of electromechanical systems and fault diagnosis skills. - Team spirit, relational skills and operational flexibility. - Availability to work shifts and on-call. - Desirable but not essential: - Certificates for work at height, electrical cabins, steam generator operators. - Forklift license in progress. What is offered: Fixed-term contract with subsequent transformation to permanent contract, employment level commensurate with experience. Working hours: Full Time on the day and 3 shifts.
