Electromechanical Maintenance Technician

Job S.p.A. - Career Center of Bologna - selects: Electromechanical Maintenance Technician for an Italian structured and leader company in the food sector, specialized in potato production and processing with a wide range of products. Duties - Recognize the main anomalies of electrical and mechanical elements. - Repair or replace damaged parts ensuring restoration. - Perform maintenance according to a program developed based on plant priorities to ensure maximum efficiency of lines. - Evaluate the need for preventive intervention on equipment, creating a monitoring plan to reduce delay in the plant with an analysis of prioritization and timing of maintenance preventive interventions. - Propose solutions for improving site production efficiency. - Carry out fault research using PC to connect to PLC machines. (nice but not essential) - Compile planned and breakdown reports through the use of maintenance software Prometeo, tracing causes of failure and interventions performed to feed a root cause analysis allowing cause-and-effect analysis to improve future performance - Manage maintenance interventions in teleservice with Italian and foreign companies - Identify different types of faults in equipment functionality. Requirements - Diploma in mechatronics or similar. - 2-year experience as electromechanical technician in an industrial setting - Availability to work on Monday-Sunday shifts (6-14; 14-22; 22-06) - Flexibility and ability to identify and evaluate different situations that may arise - Good knowledge of English language (minimum level B2) - Precision, flexibility (even in scheduling), relational skills, predisposition to working in a team, proactivity, problem-solving.
