Job Title and Role: Electromechanical Maintenance Technician We are looking for a resource with consolidated experience in electrical and/or mechanical maintenance. It is able to ensure the reliability and continuity of production plant operations. Profiles of new graduates in technical subjects will also be evaluated who want to embark on an important training path. Main Corporate Values Quality People at the Center Organizational Chart Reports to the Maintenance Plant Manager Main Responsibilities • Perform ordinary, extraordinary and preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical and industrial automation systems • Diagnostic and resolution of faults on automatic machines, packaging lines and complex production processes • Control and testing of electric motors, inverters, PLCs, sensors, pneumatic valves and electric actuators • Maintenance of medium- and low-voltage electrical panels, electronic boards, control panels and industrial cabling • Support for the implementation of predictive maintenance plans and continuous improvement programs • Compilation of detailed reports on interventions, with registration of anomalies, performed interventions and replaced parts Technical Skills (Hard Skills) • Technical diploma (electrical, electronic, electromechanical or mechatronic) • Previous experience of at least 2-3 years in industrial maintenance in complex production contexts (or new graduates) • Reading and interpretation of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical diagrams, technical drawings and maintenance manuals • In-depth knowledge of: - Industrial electrical systems (MT/BT, distribution panels, automation systems) - Automation components (PLCs, inverters, sensors, actuators) - Basic pneumatics, hydraulics and mechanics - Electrical measurement instruments and diagnostic tools (multimeters, amperometric probes, oscilloscopes) • Ability to diagnose faults and intervene on complex machines with a methodical and safety-oriented approach • Knowledge of the English language for reading technical manuals, electrical diagrams and software interfaces • Availability to work on daytime shifts and, if necessary, participate in rotation availability • Desired certification for use of toxic gases (ammonia) and level 2 generator operation Ability Personal (Soft Skills) • Problem-solving and ability to work independently • Precision and attention to detail • Team spirit and attitude to continuous improvement Conditions of the contract • Place of work: Reggio Emilia • Working hours and work-life balance: Shifts • Type of employment contract: Direct entry into the company • Salary package at budget: The economic classification, surely of interest, will be examined and weighed after what emerges from the knowledge interviews and comparison with the preparation and experience of the candidates who will compete for the position. • Benefit: - Entry into a structured and growing industrial reality - Dynamic and technologically advanced environment, oriented to innovation and improvement - Continuous training on new equipment and technologies The offer is addressed to male and female candidates in accordance with D.lgs 198/2006 and ss.mm.ii. and Decrees n. 215 and 216 of 2003 on equal treatment.
