You will have a fundamental role in ensuring correct functioning and promoting continuous improvement of facilities, contributing to performance optimization and safety.
The selected person will be inserted into the Utilities Maintenance team at the plant. In accordance with instructions received from the Maintenance Coordinator, performs tasks and activities listed below for which they are authorized by specific training, respecting company and department SOPs and current safety regulations.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Perform interventions to restore faulty equipment during production according to prevailing SOPs.
+ Perform preventive and extraordinary maintenance interventions according to prevailing SOPs.
+ Set up facilities preparing them for production according to prevailing SOPs.
+ Carry out improvement modifications to facilities according to Coordinatore and Technical Services Director guidelines, within a modification control system.
+ Optimize facility functioning with targeted interventions
+ Compile maintenance intervention records, contributing to optimization of contents according to prevailing SOPs.
+ Contribute to formulation and improvement of facilities.
+ Use machine tools and welding equipment (TIG, MIG, brazing)
+ Use Windows and SAP system accessories, etc., etc.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
**Education/Diploma/Training** **Essential**
+ Industrial technician diploma with proven experience in the role.
+ Possession of PES-PAV-PEI patent.
**Technical and Informatic Knowledge:**
+ Knowledge of GMP regulations and safety standards.
+ Competence in using computer systems and tools.
+ Knowledge of Maximo system.
+ Ability to read electrical diagrams.
+ **Autonomous management of interventions on thermal power plants, refrigeration units, boilers.**
**Professional Experience:**
+ Previous experience in the role of **industrial electrician**, preferably in a **pharmaceutical and/or food industry** context.
**Languages:**
+ Minimum knowledge of English language.
**Personal Characteristics:**
+ Precision.
+ Organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
+ Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
+ **Availability to work on three shifts in a continuous cycle** .
+ Good problem-solving skills.
+ Determination.
