Job Title and Role Purpose: nr. 2 ELECTRICIAN MAINTENANCE The resources we wish to contact are located in the Cortenuova area and surroundings. They will be responsible for performing maintenance interventions primarily on electrical installations at logistics hubs and some sales points located in nearby provinces. In addition to having good electrical skills, we also ask for availability and skills in building and hydraulic areas. Main Corporate Values Quality Excellence Innovation Main Responsibilities In building: · Floor tile repairs, coverings, and laying; · Painting, wall painting; · Repairing, replacing, or integrating door handles, locks, hinges, anti-panic handles, latches, and similar; · Replacing/situating localized components made of iron, aluminum, PVC; · Replacing ceiling panels; · Cleaning roofs and water systems, potholes, and interstices; · Minor finishing works such as installing parquet – skirting boards; · Masonry work connected to all maintenance installations. In hydraulic: · Installing and repairing plumbing fixtures; · Disassembling pipes and sinks; · Installing and maintaining toilets, siphons, and hot water systems. Technical Skills (Hard Skills) · Previous experience in the role of at least 3 years; · PES, PEI, PAV certificate, work at height · Using a PC and management programs.
