Job description: The figure, reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, will be responsible for managing electrical maintenance on equipment. Main company values: - Innovation - Transparency - Passion Hierarchical report: Maintenance Supervisor Functional relationships: Internal: Technical Director, colleagues Main responsibilities: - Verify the state of functioning of machines; - Perform scheduled maintenance; - Manage non-scheduled intervention requests; - Respect the preventive maintenance plan established by the supervisor; - Support operational functions in regulating, starting, and managing production machines and equipment; - Highlight anomalies on production machines and equipment during format change operations; - Manage maintenance interventions in teleservice with Italian and foreign companies; - Track causes of failure and interventions to improve future performance. Technical Skills (Hard Skills) - Diploma in electrical field, electronics or electromagnetism; - Good knowledge of electrical diagrams; - Good knowledge of main diagnostic tools. Personal Abilities (Soft Skills) - Teamwork ability - Communication skills - Effective communication - Problem-solving attitude Conditions of contract: Work location: San Pietro in Casale (BO). Working hours and work-life balance: full-time, 40 hours weekly on continuous shifts (06.00-14.00 / 14.00-22.00 / 22.00-06.00). Contract type: Fixed-term/indeterminate contract. Salary package: The economic classification will be examined and weighed after the knowledge interviews and comparison with the preparation and experience of candidates competing for the position, and will be commensurate with experience.
