Electrician Maintenance

e-work SpA, Monza office, selects resources for a client company operating in the textile industrial sector, specialized in producing innovative solutions for the agricultural and industrial sectors, for the role of: Electrician Maintenance. The resource will be responsible for: - Performing ordinary, extraordinary, and preventive maintenance on electrical installations of production lines (textile, extrusion, packaging); - Diagnosing and resolving electrical and electronic faults, reducing machine downtime and ensuring continuous production; - Controlling and replacing electrical components (panels, sensors, cables, motors); - Verifying and calibrating control instruments and automation tools; - Collaborating with the maintenance and production team to optimize plant performance; - Updating technical documentation and maintenance records; - Supporting the implementation of technical improvements and safety measures on plants. Requirements: - At least 4/5 years of experience in the role; - Technical diploma (electric, electronic, electrical engineering or equivalent); - Knowledge of industrial electrical installations and automation systems; - Ability to read electrical diagrams and machine manuals; - Attitude towards diagnosis and problem-solving; - Flexibility and availability for on-call duty; - Propensity for teamwork and collaboration with other departments. Classification: CCNL Textile industry, the remuneration will be commensurate with the experience of the chosen resource. Working hours: Monday to Friday, alternating daytime shifts every 2 weeks / 1st week: 06.00 – 14.00, 2nd week: 14.00 – 22.00 Request for availability of 1 weekend every 2 weeks.
