Casa Cipriani Milano is looking for a Manutentore on rotation to strengthen its own organizational structure

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in the same role in a hotel reality
• Diploma of high school or equivalent
• Knowledge of the functioning and maintenance methods of systems, electrical circuits, hydraulic, mechanical, and air conditioning present in the structure
• Knowledge and application of safety and firefighting regulations related to systems
• Ability to intervene to adjust, repair, and replace components in systems
• Excellent familiarity with work tools and knowledge of materials
• Knowledge and respect for anti-fortunistic norms
• Excellent team work skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Availability of work on evening and festive shifts

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and apply the ordinary maintenance plan for all systems in the structure, including electrical, hydraulic, mechanical air conditioning, heating, ventilation, internet, and telephone.
• Perform extraordinary maintenance interventions, replacing worn-out components at risk of failure, contacting external companies when necessary (for example, elevator technicians, painters, carpenters, or other highly specialized technicians)
• Verify aspects related to fire prevention and safety, implementing every action useful for preventing damage and accidents.
• Perform repair work in case of malfunctions or breakdowns.
• Conduct inspections and surveys to program maintenance interventions.
• Maintain thermal systems and pools in structures equipped with them.
