Maintenance Technician

Chemo is a leading company in the production of a wide variety of active pharmaceutical ingredients. We invest heavily in Research and Development and have an integrated global production network, with facilities in Italy, Spain, Argentina, and India.

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for our Saronno site, who will be responsible for:

• Performing preventive and extraordinary maintenance interventions on all plant/utility systems in the facility
• Performing fault finding and resolution interventions on all plant/utility systems in the facility
• Carrying out tasks generated by ODL (work orders) assigned by the maintenance manager, following current operating procedures.
• Collaborating with the maintenance manager in the management of spare parts, with particular attention to those defined as “critical” for the maintenance and proper functioning of production plants;

Requirements:

• Diploma in mechanical/technical field;
• Previous experience in the role of at least 5 years;
• Possession of supervisor training certificate;
• Plus: PES/PAV and confined space training, and aerial work platform and forklift training;
• In-depth knowledge of the functioning of plants, including non-chemical ones;
• Flexibility;
• Stress management.
• Ability to collaborate in a team.

We offer a permanent contract and continuous training.

Working hours: full day, Monday to Friday, with availability to perform activities also as overtime (e.g., Saturday)

Annual Salary (RAL): €40,000/€45,000.
