Maintenance Technician

Ali lavoro Spa, Corinaldo branch, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for a prestigious 4-star hotel. We are looking for a qualified figure who can combine technical skills with essential attention to aesthetics to maintain the elegance of the environment. The role will involve: - Performing routine maintenance on hydraulic, electrical, and thermal systems; - Having an aesthetic sense for furniture and interior spaces, being able to identify in autonomy the need for repairs, replacements of details or small interventions to always maintain the visual standard of 4 stars; - Offering a parking and car relocation service (car valet) to guests, with particular care in moving prestige and luxury vehicles; - Performing small repairs (woodworking, light masonry, painting, locks, etc.); - Guaranteeing punctuality and professionalism for airport-hotel transfers and vice versa for pilots of a conventioned airline. Requirements: - Proven experience and solid knowledge in electronics, mechanics, electricity, and hydraulics; - Valid B license (essential for transportation and car valet service); - Flexibility in scheduling and availability to shifts, especially for airport transfers; - Strong sensitivity to quality, order, and luxury environment; - Professionalism and ability to interact with guests in a courteous and discreet manner; - Knowledge of the English language.
