Key responsibilities include: • Providing technical expertise to manufacturing operations, including troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements that meet quality and regulatory requirements • Ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements through audits, inspections, and documentation • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, including manufacturing operations, quality, and engineering teams • Providing training and support to manufacturing operators on new equipment and processes • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to drive process efficiency and effectiveness.
