Responsibilities: Lead and supervise a team of manufacturing operators to ensure smooth and efficient production operations. Monitor production schedules and targets, and take corrective actions as needed to meet customer requirements. Train new employees on safety procedures, equipment operation, and manufacturing processes. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent quality and productivity. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely availability of materials and supplies. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Identify and address potential production issues before they impact product quality or customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and implement process improvements.
