Date Posted: 2026-01-26 Country: Singapore Location: SG-01-SINGAPORE-011 ~ 11 Changi N Rise ~ 11 CHANGI N RISE Position Role Type: Unspecified The technical leader for Manufacturing Systems leads the teams responsible for MES, SCADA, IIoT, OT networks, factory integration, and data-engineering platforms that enable Collins Singapore's smart manufacturing ecosystem. This leader architect's digital factory infrastructure to support autonomous machining, real-time visibility, predictive analytics, and closed-loop feedback control. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement the overall Manufacturing Systems strategy, roadmap and supporting budget. * Lead the MES, SCADA, IIoT, and OT network teams and projects. * Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and IT teams to align manufacturing systems with business goals. * Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources. * Ensure the security and compliance of manufacturing systems. * Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions. * Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives and best practices. * Oversee vendor selection and management. * Develop and maintain documentation, including SOPs, user manuals, and training materials. * Ensure data integrity and system availability. * Support site-wide digital transformation initiatives. * Manage and prioritize a portfolio of projects related to manufacturing systems. * Ensure system integration across the factory floor and with enterprise systems (e.g., ERP). Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field. * 10+ years of experience in manufacturing systems, with a focus on MES, SCADA, and IIoT. * Proven experience leading and managing technical teams. * Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies. * Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). * Knowledge of OT network security and compliance standards. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: * Master's degree in a related field. * Experience with digital factory initiatives and Industry 4.0 principles. * Experience with data analytics and machine learning. * Experience with cloud platforms and services. * Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).
