Manufacturing Superintendent

We’re hiring | Manufacturing Superintendent With 2–3 years of experience in electronics or automotive manufacturing, who enjoys leading people , solving real operational problems , and working in a Lean Manufacturing environment . This role is ideal for professionals who want to continue growing in manufacturing leadership, with strong exposure to daily management, continuous improvement, and people development — all within a stable office-based role . What you’ll be doing Lead and manage manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and production schedules. Develop and implement process improvements, optimize workflows, and drive efficiency gains. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues, improve product quality, and enhance customer satisfaction. Foster a positive work environment by coaching, mentoring, and developing team members. Identify and address potential risks, opportunities, and challenges through data-driven decision making. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to maintain a competitive edge. What we’re looking for A strong leader with 2–3 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in electronics or automotive industries. Proven track record of driving process improvements, optimizing workflows, and achieving operational excellence. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience using manufacturing execution systems (MES), enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, or other relevant tools.
