Is responsible for managing action plans governance for plant Safety-Quality-Delivery-Inventory-Productivity. This role is part of the STIVA 2 program, which aims to improve manufacturing processes through digitalization and automation. The Manufacturing Program Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve these goals, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and managing action plans to drive process improvements and cost savings; • Collaborating with plant managers and operations teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes; • Providing guidance and support to manufacturing sites on best practices and standard operating procedures; • Analyzing data and metrics to measure performance and identify opportunities for growth; • Building relationships with key stakeholders, including plant managers, operations teams, and supply chain partners; • Developing and managing budgets and resource allocation plans; • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with process changes and improvements.
