The Manufacturing Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing manufacturing programs to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services. This includes managing cross-functional teams, developing and implementing program plans, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, including operations, engineering, and supply chain teams. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize manufacturing programs. • Coordinating and executing manufacturing programs, including planning, scheduling, and controlling production activities. • Ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services. • Managing and resolving program-related issues and conflicts. • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Providing regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders.
