Manufacturing & Production Engineer

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement efficient production processes
• Develop and implement cost-effective production methods
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production workflow
• Provide technical support to production teams
• Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner
• Implement and maintain manufacturing documentation, including SOPs and work instructions
• Identify and implement opportunities for process automation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production engineering role
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technologies
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and other relevant engineering tools
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of quality control principles and practices
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
