Position: Manufacturing / Process Engineer.Location: Brantford, ON.Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 per year.Industry: Manufacturing / Administrative / Bilingual English & Japanese.Employment Term: Fulltime / Permanent. Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing support to the Project Leader and Engineering Manager.
Assist with APQP and new project, internal defect analysis, root cause analysis, customer complaint investigation, corrective actions, and CI activities.
Ensure processes comply with safety and quality standards.
Develop standardized operating instructions for process upgrades.
Other related Engineering duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

Post-secondary degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering field.
2+ years related Engineering experience, ideally within an automotive manufacturing environment.
Experience and working knowledge of CAD and AutoCAD.
Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, attention to detail and time management skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
