This role will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring that we meet our quality and productivity goals while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. You will also have the opportunity to lead cross-functional teams, develop and implement process improvements, and collaborate with other departments to drive business results. Responsibilities: • Manage daily operations of the manufacturing facility, including scheduling, production planning, and quality control. • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, such as improving productivity, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction. • Develop and implement process improvements that drive business results and enhance our competitive edge. • Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, procurement, and logistics, to ensure seamless integration of operations. • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and employee engagement. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations management, preferably in the electronics industry. • Proven track record of achieving business objectives through process improvements and team leadership. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with employees, customers, and stakeholders. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience with lean manufacturing principles and tools is a plus.
