Manufacturing Engineer/Production Supervisor (Semiconductor, 12-hrs shift, East Region)

Responsibilities Lead line leaders and operators to achieve daily production targets, quality, productivity, and yield. Conduct daily pass-down meetings and escalate any line issues. Manage manpower, overtime, and consumables planning. Ensure adherence to manufacturing and safety procedures. Train and coach leaders and operators to enhance performance. Implement improvements to minimize human errors. Maintain discipline and good housekeeping in the production line. Collaborate with departments such as quality assurance, maintenance, and supply chain management to ensure efficient operations. Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures and safety regulations. Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve their goals and objectives.
