Manufacturing Engineer

LHH This is an interesting opportunity to join a structured reality of metal mechanics specialized in the realization of precision mechanical components. Responsibilities The resource will be inserted within the technical office and will be responsible for analyzing technical designs, documentation, and specifications received from the customer, ensuring accurate understanding of project requirements. It will also be responsible for inserting and managing related documents within the company's management system and defining a first production cycle. During operational phases, it will provide direct support to production, ensuring correct process advancement and intervening in case of need. It will be particularly responsible for the following activities: - Analyze designs and documents provided by the customer - Code articles for sale and purchases, complete with useful documentation for the purchasing department or production department - Define the characteristics of raw material to be purchased - Analyze and identify quality requirements defined by the customer for a specific project - Define the preliminary production cycle based on size and/or complexity of parts to be realized - Identify potential manufacturing criticalities - Provide support to production during component processing - Occasionally interface with the customer for technical meetings and/or resolution of any problems that may arise during production Your Profile Will consider figures possessing the following requirements: - Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent titles - Excellent knowledge of technical design - Basic knowledge of mechanical working processes - Good knowledge of software for technical design and 3D modeling, preferably SolidWorks - Good knowledge of the Office package - Good knowledge of the English language useful for analyzing foreign customers' designs and understanding their technical specifications Completing the profile are good analytical skills, precision, good communication skills, and a problem-solving approach.
