Job description
+ **Provide technical support to production lines**, troubleshooting issues related to test equipment, sensors, tools, and manufacturing processes. + **Analyze product and process failures**, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to improve line quality and performance. + **Lead continuous improvement projects**, focused on optimizing processes, reducing cycle times, eliminating waste, and increasing production efficiency. + **Develop and update work instructions (OMS)** to ensure clear, standardized processes aligned with manufacturing best practices. + **Analyze finished product and customer returns**, working with Quality to determine failure causes and define effective solutions. + **Investigate defective assemblies and recurring problems**, proposing improvements to prevent their recurrence. + **Participate in the review and approval of new products**, validating dimensions, specifications, and technical requirements in coordination with Quality. **Develop time studies and process analyses**, identifying opportunities to improve the productivity, capacity, and flow of manufacturing cells. + **Collaborate with Production in reviewing line plans and needs**, anticipating requirements and supporting operational priorities. **Requisition ID**: 26011736 Emerson is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
