Manufacturing Engineer

Beautynova, a group of selected companies operating in the professional haircare sector, created to develop and consolidate successful brands distributed worldwide, is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support and optimize production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety at the Cairate and Tradate production sites. The person will be responsible for implementing new technologies, continuous improvement of production lines, and compliance with standards and regulations. This role requires strong analytical skills, ability to work in a team environment, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, and proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and experience with ERP systems are also desirable. The selected candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
