Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing strategic plans to drive operational excellence and achieve profit contributions; • Leading and managing a team of production managers, supervisors, and operators; • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders; • Ensuring compliance with governance requirements and industry standards; • Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure business continuity; • Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs; • Collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
