Manufacturing Cost Controller - SAP & Budgeting

A global manufacturing company in Midrand is seeking a skilled Plant Controller to oversee financial functions, including cost accounting and budgeting, to ensure operational efficiency. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in manufacturing, alongside a B-Tech qualification in Cost & Management Accounting or similar, and proficiency in SAP is mandatory. This role provides insights for cost control and process improvements in a collaborative environment, where the successful candidate will be expected to work closely with various stakeholders, including production planning, logistics, and procurement teams. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as maintaining accurate records and reports.
