Manufacturing Assistant (m/w/d)

Finding a Manufacturing Assistant (m/w/d) on behalf of a well-known customer from the region. We are looking for an industrial mechanic/machine operator (m/w/d) who can work independently, has flexible working hours and good social benefits.

Your tasks:

• Manufacturing and processing of our products according to technical drawings and instructions from experienced staff
• Execution and documentation of individual and comprehensive production steps
• Flexible use in the mechanical manufacturing departments
• Checking products for compliance with production and quality requirements
• Active participation in terms of work safety, process optimization, and cleanliness of working places

Your profile:

• A completed apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic (m/w/d), construction mechanic (m/w/d), or locksmith (m/w/d) or similar, preferably with experience in WIG welding
• At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience and willingness to work in a shift system
• Detailed knowledge in the areas of metalworking, including conventional technology
• A valid welder's certification is desirable but not a requirement
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking
• Performance readiness and flexibility
