SafeNow has a clear mission: We want to give every person - anytime, anywhere, and for free - access to help. To achieve this, we develop an app that grants you immediate access to locally relevant helpers, whether it's your friends, family, or professional helpers. We are a startup driven by the idea of giving people a stronger sense of security and making a positive social impact. Our app will be relevant where help often comes too late, at train stations, in clubs, at festivals, or simply in everyday life.

We are a small team with a big heart, located in Munich, consisting of 46 people from 9 different nationalities. We are looking for a passionate new team member who loves to take on new challenges in a fast-paced startup environment. We are a colorful mix of honest and open-minded people who share a common vision: making the world a safer place for us and the people and places we love.

In addition to our team, we are currently looking for support in software quality to take our app to the next level.

Aufgaben

• Testing & Qualitätssicherung: You will support our test engineers in executing test scenarios and testing our app.

The scope is 20-40% (approximately 8-16 hours per week) - we are flexible. Most of the time, it will be a few half-days per week, so you can balance your studies and job well.

Qualifikation

• Currently enrolled student in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, digital media, software engineering, information technology).
• Fundamental knowledge of software testing methods and quality assurance or motivation to quickly build this skill.
• Bonus: Experience with test automation tools.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Good communication skills in German or English.
