Manual Underwriting Manager

Position Title : Manual Underwriting Manager Location : Mexico City Responsibilities Recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing team of local manual review / fraud analysis. Develop the team's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), training materials, and performance metrics (KPIs) focused on both efficiency and accuracy. Manage team scheduling, queue assignments, and daily workflow to ensure timely review of all escalated applications. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the review process, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners. Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members, management, and other stakeholders. Analyze and interpret data to measure performance and make informed decisions. Identify and address potential risks and opportunities for growth. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
