Role Overview We are looking for a Manual Testing Freelancer to test web-based SaaS products, validate workflows, and identify functional, usability, and edge-case issues before release. This is a hands-on role with direct impact on the quality of our products. Key Responsibilities: * Test web-based SaaS products using manual testing techniques. * Validate workflows to ensure they are functioning as expected. * Identify functional, usability, and edge-case issues before release. * Collaborate with development teams to reproduce and resolve defects. * Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data. * Participate in daily stand-ups and retrospectives to ensure alignment and continuous improvement. Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in manual testing or a related field. * Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies. * Experience with web-based SaaS products, preferably using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs. * Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Scrum frameworks. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
