About the Client Our client is one of the three largest Polish universal banks, as well as one of the largest financial institutions in the Central and Eastern European region. It was the first Polish bank to launch an ATM and issue a credit card. About the Project We are looking for Manual Testers at Junior, Regular, and Senior levels for long-term cooperation on projects for a client in the banking sector. You will participate in the development and maintenance of IT solutions used in a high-scale and integration-complex environment. Depending on the project, the scope may include, among others, electronic and mobile banking, credit processes, data migration, and feature development for individual and business clients. Work Mode Service provision takes place in a hybrid mode from the client's office in Warsaw (1 to 4 days per month). Facilitating Your Project Execution: * Minimum 2 years of experience in testing IT applications/systems – the required experience level depends on the position's seniority. * Knowledge of software testing principles, techniques, and processes. * Experience in preparing test cases and scenarios. * Knowledge of tools supporting test and bug management, e.g., Jira, Xray, Zephyr. * Ability for analytical thinking and problem-solving. * Independence, accuracy, and good work organization. * Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams. Depending on the project, the following may also be important: * SQL and working with databases. * REST API testing and knowledge of Postman. * Experience in frontend and backend testing. Nice to have: * Experience in projects from the banking or financial sector. * Knowledge of banking products and processes. * ISTQB/ISEB certification. * Basic knowledge of test automation. * Experience working with complex systems and integration environments. Your Contribution to the Project: * Preparation and execution of test cases and scenarios. * Performing manual tests: functional, integration, regression, and End-to-End. * Analysis of business and technical requirements. * Identifying, reporting, and documenting bugs. * Verifying the correct operation of systems and integrations. * Collaboration with analysts, developers, and business representatives. * Participation in the software development process in an Agile/Scrum environment.
