Currently, we are looking for a profile for the position of: Manual QA Engineer Organizational Information: Office Location: Wrocław Service Delivery Model: remote + visits to the office every 2 weeks Cooperation Form: B2B contract, stable, long-term engagement Rate: 50 - 70 PLN net + VAT/h Start: ASAP Project: You will join a team developing web and mobile applications for the banking sector. We are looking for someone with manual testing experience who can independently prepare and execute tests, and at the same time wants to develop their skills towards automation. You will work closely with analysts, developers, and business representatives, having a real impact on product quality and the development of the testing process. Scope of Tasks: Preparing test scenarios and test cases Performing manual functional, regression, and exploratory tests, as well as basic API tests Reporting, describing, and retesting bugs Analyzing requirements and identifying quality gaps Supporting product quality throughout the entire change lifecycle Collaborating with analysts, developers, and business Supporting the preparation or maintenance of simple automated tests Participating in building quality standards and developing the regression testing process Expectations: Min. 2-3 years of experience in manual testing of web and/or mobile applications Ability to independently create test cases and bug reports Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Xray, TestRail, or similar Basic knowledge of API testing Basic knowledge of SQL Knowledge of the testing process and defect lifecycle Communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with the team Thoroughness and independence in carrying out assigned tasks Openness to develop towards test automation Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment Nice to have: Basic knowledge of test automation using Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools Knowledge of one of the programming languages, e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, or C# Knowledge of CI/CD concepts Knowledge of AI tools supporting the daily work of a tester We Offer: Long-term stable cooperation based on a B2B contract Opportunity for development in a large structure, direct contact with the Team Manager Work in a company where IT is mature and global, and agile methodologies are respected Supplement for a MultiSport card and insurance Efficient recruitment process (video conference), maximum 2 meetings (first with someone from the team, second with the Manager) Employment agency - certificate number 14181
