Manipulator in Radiology H/F (F/H) (Based at Ars-Laquenexy)

The functions or titles are declaimed in both feminine and masculine forms. Within a team of MERM, you will work at the heart of a recent technical platform, including 4 conventional radiology rooms, 1 OPT/cone beam, 1 osteodensitometer, 1 mammography, 5 ultrasound machines, 2 GE scanners (3rd one scheduled for early 2024), and 2 MRI Siemens (1.5T and 3T), where you will welcome and care for patients of all ages.

Perform acts relevant to medical imaging, nuclear medicine, functional explorations, and radiation therapy that contribute to prevention, detection, diagnosis, treatment, and research.

Post based on Metz or Thionville.

Activities

Welcome the patient and collect data

Control and management of equipment, medical devices, and products

Establishment/actualization, organization, and implementation of processes, procedures, protocols, guidelines specific to your field of activity

Exploitation, management, and transfer of data and images

Training and information for professionals and students

Information to the patient and implementation of care in the context of continuity of care

Implementation of radiation protection measures

Implementation of measures related to quality and prevention of risks

Organization of activities and management of resources

Realization of diagnostic and therapeutic care in the field of imaging, nuclear medicine, radiation therapy, and functional explorations

Professional vigilance and research. State diploma in medical radiology manipulation

Skills

Analyze the patient's clinical situation and determine the modalities for care to be performed

Conduct a relationship with the patient

Evaluate, improve your professional practices. Analyze and adapt your professional practice in light of evolving recommendations

Manage information related to the realization of diagnostic and therapeutic care

Inform and train professionals and people in training

Implement standards and principles of quality, hygiene, and safety to ensure the quality of care

Implement rules and practices for radiation protection of patients, personnel, and the public

Organize activities and cooperate with different actors

Research, process, and analyze professional data.
