Tasks - Independent management of mandates with leadership of accounting for the national and international customer base - Preparation of interim and annual financial statements, controlling reports, and reporting - Cash management / payment processing in accordance with customer instructions - Personnel, salary, and social insurance matters for various mandates - Tax work such as tax returns for legal and natural persons, review of assessments and invoices, and preparation of value-added tax returns - Meetings and contacts with customers, banks, authorities, and auditing firms - Correspondence primarily in German and secondarily in English Profile - Commercial basic education - Further education as a trustee with a federal certificate or a certified financial and accounting expert with a federal certificate - Funded professional experience in the trustee sector - Balance and statement secure according to OR - Language skills: fluent German (C2), very good English (B2/C1) - IT skills: MS-Office, Abacus, SAP, E-Banking - Personal characteristics: responsible, independent, competent, structured working method, pleasure in customer contact Benefits Do you feel addressed and capable of taking on the responsible task?
