As Mandatsleiter M&A, you will be responsible for leading complex M&A transactions from start to finish, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the process. Your tasks will include identifying potential buyers, developing a tailored sales strategy, negotiating with interested parties, and ensuring a smooth transaction process. You will also work closely with our team of experts in finance, tax, and law to ensure that all aspects of the transaction are properly addressed. In addition to your technical expertise, you will bring a high level of emotional intelligence and empathy to your work, as you navigate the complex emotions and interests of our clients.
