We are seeking a senior Atlassian administrator, contract position of 8 months with possibility of renewal, for our client located in Quebec. The job is offered as full-time remote work, estimated volume of 10 to 15 hours per week.

Business Context:

Our client operates an Atlassian Cloud environment supporting approximately 600 users, including Jira Premium, Confluence Standard, Atlassian Guard, Zephyr Scale, and several third-party applications. A structured governance is in place with regular follow-ups. The client seeks a specialist capable of ensuring the administration of the platform and accompanying user groups.

The responsibilities of the Senior Atlassian Administrator will be:

• Administer and optimize the Atlassian Cloud environment;
• Manage access, permissions, security, and configurations for Jira and Confluence;
• Administer Zephyr Scale and third-party applications;
• Counsel stakeholders and participate in governance meetings;
• Document configurations and support key users.

Requirements

The required requirements are:

• Confirmed experience in Atlassian Cloud administration (Jira, Confluence);
• Knowledge of Jira Premium, Atlassian Guard, and Zephyr Scale (or equivalent);
• Experience in large-scale environments;
• Autonomy, rigor, and good communication skills;
• Mastery of French; English is an asset.
