Role Description This is a full-time remote English-Mandarin Medical OPI/VRI role. The Medical Interpreter will be responsible for providing accurate consecutive over-the-phone interpretation services for healthcare professionals, patients, and families. Key Responsibilities: • Provide high-quality, accurate, and timely consecutive over-the-phone interpretation services for healthcare professionals, patients, and families. • Conduct phone and video remote interpretation sessions with healthcare professionals, patients, and families, ensuring seamless communication and understanding. • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare systems, and cultural nuances to provide accurate and culturally sensitive interpretation services. • Collaborate with the Kreato Global team to develop and implement effective interpretation strategies and processes. • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and advancements in medical interpretation. • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Kreato Global's policies and procedures. • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives. • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
