Role Overview The Managing Quantity Surveyor will hold full commercial responsibility for the management of a major infrastructure scheme, working closely with the Project Manager, Design Team, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and control project costs, ensuring that the project is delivered within budget. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. • Provide commercial advice and guidance to the Project Manager and other team members. • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, ensuring that the project remains on track. • Collaborate with the Design Team to ensure that design solutions are commercially viable and aligned with the project's objectives. • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the project's scope, schedule, and budget. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
