Duties:

– meeting the monthly sales target

– recruiting at least 2 agents per month

– supporting weekly sales meetings

– planning and tracking team objectives

– ensuring a minimum of 20 properties listed per month

– supporting mentorship and coaching hours

– implementing Golden Real Estate systems
