An established Softwareunternehmen in the B2B field is seeking an entrepreneurial thinking personality who takes responsibility and develops the organization strategically and operationally. The company has a long-standing market position, an international customer base, and offers through its slim organization much room for maneuver. Sought is a managing director who thinks strategically and works operatively, creates clear structures, and shapes the next development phase together with the team.

The location is in Nordbayern | Großraum Nürnberg with regular presence on site.

Your Tasks

• Steering central sales activities as well as supporting international partner structures.

• Supporting operational sales processes from offer creation to pre-sales activities.

• Leadership and development of the existing team, promoting a clear and responsible collaboration.

• Close cooperation with product development and technology, to pragmatically implement technological decisions.

• Active role as an entrepreneurial interface between product, market, and organization.

Your Profile as Managing Director

• Mult-year leadership experience in a Softwareunternehmen or comparable responsibility at the executive level.

• Experience in leading organizations through change phases and developing existing structures.

• Agile working style as well as the ability to actively drive transformation and pragmatically push forward.

• Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a clear hands-on mentality and the willingness to work operatively.

• A strong process-oriented thinking as well as a solid understanding of business economics.

• High affinity to technology and a genuine interest in AI and modern technologies, integrating them meaningfully into organizations.

• Pleasure in working in smaller organizations with short decision-making paths and taking responsibility directly.

• Fluent German and English skills.
