The current turnover is limited, and the core question is not how the organization simply grows further, but where it will consciously invest and not in the future. That clarity forms the lever for the next phase. As Managing Director, you bear full responsibility for Atrio Stone Atelier. Your task does not start with optimizing the internal organization, but with sharpening the market. You analyze where value is created today, where that is not the case, and which customers, segments, and applications are relevant and profitable in the long term. Based on those insights, you determine the strategic course and translate it into a clear commercial story, with clear choices in positioning, offer, pricing, and go-to-market. Business development forms the core of your role. You stand yourself in the market, build relationships out, reactivate lost customers, and develop new commercial opportunities. You combine strategic sharpness with commercial decisiveness and feel comfortable in a context where direction is not predetermined but must be taken. Parallel, you ensure that the internal organization evolves with the made choices. Processes, planning, and collaboration are aligned with the chosen focus. Production capacity and investments are targeted, with an eye for profitability and scalability. By bringing clarity to direction and priorities, you create calmness, engagement, and ownership within the team. You report directly to the owner and function as a full-fledged sparring partner on a strategic level. You are a member of the MT team of the Atrio holding. This mandate requires presence, decisiveness, and the ability to give direction in a context where not everything is predetermined. We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader with demonstrable experience in leading an organization in its full breadth, and with a pronounced commercial focus. You feel at home in situations where the market is not yet sharply defined, where strategic choices have real impact on people and structures, and where growth is not evident. Your commercial strength lies not only in building relationships but primarily in daring to make choices and consistently executing them. You understand that sustainable growth arises from focus, and that not every opportunity must be pursued. You possess a solid financial foundation knowledge and understand how pricing, margins, and cost structure guide strategic decisions without getting bogged down in detail. Affinity with a production environment, craftsmanship, and a building or project-based context is essential. You have respect for technique and craftsmanship, but do not let your decisions be solely driven by that. As a leader, you are clear, present, and credible. You create calmness by giving direction and engagement by clarity, and take responsibility, even when decisions are not self-evident or comfortable.
