KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Lead and manage a software business, driving growth and expansion • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives • Foster a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, and continuous improvement • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders • Collaborate with the Valsoft leadership team to drive company-wide initiatives and growth strategies • Ensure the continued success and growth of the software business, aligning with Valsoft’s overall vision and mission. REQUIREMENTS: • 10+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the software industry • Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion • Strong understanding of the software industry, including market trends, technologies, and competitive landscape • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, computer science, engineering) • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
