Managing Director

In the role of Managing Director at Almet Benelux, you are responsible for the entire organization (35 employees) and the order portfolio. You run the company as if it were your own company and you are ultimately responsible for the business result. Your main task is to establish growth targets with the corresponding strategic choices. You guarantee, together with the commercial teams, customer satisfaction and strengthen the market position. Through your strategic sales planning and market analysis, you identify opportunities for growth and expansion. You will also be responsible for managing the financial resources of the company and ensuring that they are used effectively. In addition, you will be expected to maintain a high level of employee morale and motivation, as well as ensure that the company's values and culture are upheld. This requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.
