Managing Director

Objective of the Role – Managing Director (Emerging & Expanding Business) To lead the organization’s transformation and scale-up journey, driving 3X growth over the next 3–4 years while building a robust, future-ready enterprise aligned for a successful IPO. The role entails full ownership of the P&L and all organizational functions , setting strategic direction, ensuring operational excellence, strengthening governance, and delivering sustainable, profitable growth with strong stakeholder confidence. This includes developing and implementing business strategies, driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and building high-performing teams to achieve ambitious goals. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing a comprehensive business strategy that drives growth, profitability, and sustainability; • Leading the organization through periods of rapid change and transformation; • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, partners, and employees; • Ensuring effective governance and risk management practices are in place to support the organization’s growth ambitions; • Fostering a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning; • Developing and managing budgets, financial plans, and performance metrics to drive business outcomes; • Leading by example, promoting a positive company culture, and ensuring all employees understand their role in achieving the organization’s goals.
