Managing Consultant – Project & Client Manager (w/m/d)

Aufgaben

In this role, you will connect consulting, project management, and customer development, ensuring that data-driven solutions deliver measurable added value to our customers. Internally, you will strengthen the team through expert exchange and provide orientation.

Your tasks:

• You advise our customers on Data- and Analytics-solutions, qualify technical requirements into executable technical concepts, and accompany them from idea to implementation.
• You take responsibility for complex projects with up to 15 project team members, prioritize tasks, and ensure that results are delivered terminally and in high quality.
• You lead project teams throughout all phases, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensure clear decisions, and keep a cool head.
• You develop existing accounts actively further, recognize new use cases, place suitable services, and strengthen long-term partnerships. In short, you are the ideal sparring partner for our customers.
• You strengthen the team by sharing your experience, giving methodical and professional impulses, ensuring knowledge transfer, and contributing to a professional, yet collegiate team culture.

Qualifikation

• You bring at least 8 years of experience in a technically oriented, international consulting environment, ideally in the Data- & Analytics field.
• The Microsoft world is your daily environment: Cloud, Fabric/Azure, and On-Premise architectures are familiar to you. You have practical experience in Data Engineering and/or Reporting and Data Analysis.
• You can present a completed degree in (Business-) Informatics, Mathematics, Economics with IT focus or a comparable qualification.
• You have successfully managed projects independently, bring advanced project management skills, and can communicate your approach and the value of your solutions to customers.
• Your entrepreneurial thinking and focus on your customers are not unknown or unpleasant...
• You combine analytical thinking, structured working methods, and the ability to successfully manage complex projects, which distinguishes you and brings you joy.
• Very good German and good English skills
• Travel readiness is present (approx. 40%)

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Technology knowledge in the Data Platform/BI area (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake)
• Knowledge of processing and analyzing large data sets as well as experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud is advantageous.
