Managing Consultant – Data & Analytics (m/f/d)

In this role, you will advise and support our clients in the development and implementation of data-driven solutions, taking responsibility for projects, teams, and client relationships. You will connect business and strategic questions with modern Data, Analytics, and AI technologies, lead client projects from conception to successful implementation, and develop sustainable solutions and new business potential together with our clients.

• You will be responsible for advising our clients in the field of Data & Analytics and will accompany them from the development of strategic solution approaches to successful implementation.
• You will independently manage and lead client projects, being responsible for scope, quality, timeline, and budget, as well as coordinating the project team.
• You will analyze business requirements, processes, and data and develop suitable technical and business solutions together with our clients – from data platforms and data warehouses to analytics and AI solutions.
• You will work hands-on in the implementation, contributing your expertise in areas such as data models, data pipelines, reports, visualizations, AI agents, and intelligent automation solutions.
• You will lead workshops and meetings on the client side, moderate decision-making processes, and ensure that business and technical perspectives are integrated into viable solutions.
• You will build sustainable client relationships, identify new challenges, and, together with our clients, develop further consulting approaches and follow-up engagements from them.
• You will strategically utilize modern technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform, Azure, SQL, Snowflake, or Databricks in client projects and continuously advance our consulting services.
• You will provide technical leadership and coaching to Consultants and Senior Consultants, supporting them in further developing their competencies and responsibilities in projects.
• You will contribute to the further development of our Data & Analytics business – for example, by developing best practices, methods, and offerings, as well as by supporting presales and acquisition activities.

• You have a completed university degree in (Business) Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field, and bring several years of relevant professional experience in consulting or in Data & Analytics.
• You possess in-depth experience in the conception and implementation of Data & Analytics solutions and can connect business requirements with technical solutions.
• You have experience in managing and leading client projects and understand how to successfully manage projects in terms of scope, quality, time, and budget.
• You present yourself confidently and with strong consulting skills to clients, can lead workshops and meetings at the decision-maker level, and build long-term client relationships.
• You bring extensive knowledge of technologies such as SQL, Power BI, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Data Engineering, Snowflake, or Databricks, and enjoy using modern technologies in a targeted manner.
• You are interested in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and AI Agents, and ideally already have experience in conceptualizing AI solutions or implementing them in client projects.
• You think analytically, structured, and entrepreneurially, recognize potential with the client, and can develop concrete solutions, new consulting approaches, and follow-up business from them.
• You enjoy taking on technical leadership and mentoring, and find pleasure in developing Consultants and Senior Consultants as well as taking on responsibility within the team.
• You convince with initiative, strong communication skills, and a hands-on mentality, enjoy working on complex issues, and have very good German and good English language skills, as well as a moderate willingness to travel.
