Job description

Designation – Manager/Sr. Manager - Wellness Job Summary: Wellness Manager is responsible for strategizing and designing wellness engagement growth plans, executing, and tracking these plans for clients. Responsibilities: This position will require developing and maintaining an excellent working relationship with clients, vendors, and internal departments; in addition to providing superior client management/client service while developing an excellent understanding of the industry. Works with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth. Collaborates with Operations team to ensure seamless execution of wellness programs. Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal departments. Provides exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Analyzes program data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to optimize program performance. Stays up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Public Health, Wellness, or a related field). • 5+ years of experience in wellness program management, preferably with a focus on employee wellness. • Strong understanding of the industry, including trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
