Take the next step in your career with a nationally recognised mid-tier firm that values expertise, collaboration, and growth. We're looking for a Tax Manager to join our Sydney-based team, providing end-to-end Corporate Tax services and advisory to a diverse portfolio of clients.

As a key member of our tax division, you'll be involved in complex compliance matters, strategic advisory work, and team leadership. You'll play a vital role in shaping outcomes for clients across multiple sectors while mentoring junior professionals and helping to grow the firm’s capability.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead and manage client engagements, ensuring quality delivery and compliance
• Provide strategic tax advice, including on transactions, structures, and due diligence
• Conduct technical research and apply findings to real-world client challenges
• Review tax returns, provisions, and reporting documents
• Mentor and develop junior team members and contribute to technical training sessions

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–7 years of experience in tax advisory, ideally within professional services
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A collaborative mindset with strong client service orientation
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Commerce, Law or Finance
• CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent); Master of Taxation highly regarded
