Project Manager / Representative – Construction

A developing construction company is expanding its team for ongoing and future projects and is looking for specialists for technical and management positions.

We are looking for an organized, responsible person with good coordination and communication skills, capable of managing the project from planning to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Overall coordination and monitoring of construction projects;
• Representing the company in relations with clients, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities;
• Planning and tracking works, deadlines, and resources;
• Monitoring project costs and budget;
• Coordinating site teams and activities;
• Monitoring compliance with technical designs, execution schedules, and contractual requirements;
• Identifying and resolving problems arising during the project;
• Participating in project meetings and preparing/tracking specific documentation;
• Collaborating with the technical, tendering, procurement, and financial departments;
• Monitoring the quality of works, deadlines, and compliance with health and safety regulations and current legislation.

Requirements:

• Completed university studies, preferably in the field of Construction, Civil Engineering, Installations, or related technical fields;
• Experience in project management, work coordination, or site activity is an advantage;
• Knowledge of execution processes, technical documentation, and project management;
• Organizational, coordination, and decision-making skills;
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• Category B driving license – an advantage;
• Availability for travel to construction sites, depending on the project.

📍 Location:Hălchiu, Brașov county – current project. For future projects, the position may involve travel and temporary relocation to construction site locations, depending on project needs.
