Due to the development of our company, we are looking for Candidates for the position of: Store Manager.

Location: ulica Warszawska 59, 05-190 Nasielsk

• Management of the sales team
• Delegating tasks, evaluating Employees, motivating and supporting their development
• Recruitment of new Employees
• Merchandise management and indicator analysis
• Ensuring the facility operates in accordance with internal standards
• Working on the sales floor and ensuring customer satisfaction

• Readiness for continuous professional development
• Good work organization
• Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Experience in team management
• Thoroughness, responsibility, and commitment
• Readiness to undergo a several-month training outside of your place of residence and to work in a shift system
• Category B driving license
• Higher education (minimum Bachelor's degree or currently studying) is a plus
• Valid sanitary-epidemiological medical examination is a plus
