Your responsibilities

• Build the AMAKids local branch with us and earn as much as you generate.
• The best AMAKids Managers earn over PLN 10,000 gross per month. Not because they receive a high salary, but because they effectively develop their branches and build new groups.
• Are you not interested in a full-time job from 8 to 4? Do you enjoy contact with people, can you see things through to the end, and does building something from scratch give you satisfaction?
• If the answer is YES, then we might be looking for you.
• At AMAKids, we are not looking for someone who will only conduct classes. We are looking for a Manager who will become the face of our brand in their city and will be responsible for development.
• You will be responsible for creating and developing an AMAKids branch in your area.
• establishing cooperation with school and kindergarten principals,
• organizing rooms for conducting classes,
• conducting conversations with parents and selling our courses,
• building groups for classes,
• maintaining relationships with parents throughout their learning period,
• recruiting and onboarding trainers,
• coordinating the work of trainers,
• ensuring high quality of classes,
• developing further locations and schools,
• achieving set sales targets.
• In short – you are responsible for the branch operating, developing, and bringing increasingly better results.

Our requirements

• We are looking for someone who:
• ✅ enjoys talking to people and is not afraid of sales,
• ✅ can convince a parent that investing in their child's development makes sense,
• ✅ is well-organized,
• ✅ takes responsibility for results,
• ✅ is independent and entrepreneurial,
• ✅ can plan their work,
• ✅ does not wait for instructions, but looks for solutions themselves,
• ✅ enjoys working with children,
• ✅ experience in education, conducting classes, or working with children is a plus.
• You don't need to have experience in managing a school or a franchise.
• What matters much more to us is attitude, energy, and the desire to build something big.

Recommended

• It will be an additional advantage if:
• ✔ you have experience in sales or customer service,
• ✔ you have worked with children (e.g., as a trainer, teacher, animator, instructor, or tutor),
• ✔ you have previously led your own project, business, or team,
• ✔ you have experience in conversations with parents or individual clients,
• ✔ you can organize events, workshops, or classes,
• ✔ you have a category B driver's license and your own car,
• ✔ you know the local school and kindergarten environment,
• ✔ you are proficient with computers and tools such as CRM, Office suite, or Google Workspace,
• ✔ you enjoy speaking in front of a group and giving presentations,
• ✔ you have a natural ease in building relationships and inspiring trust.
